Suspension travel limiters limit the suspension travel of vehicles to a permissible level, even with high payloads. This prevents the body from coming into contact with the tires during compression, thereby preventing damage to the tires. Another reason to install spring travel limiters is to install retrofit rims that are larger than the standard wheels. The same reason is crucial here: the body does not come into contact with the tires when there is strong deflection.
